Ken has 25 years experience working in first class hotels and restaurants,a food science degree,was involved in&amp;nbsp;product development&amp;nbsp;for Quorn and&amp;nbsp;a lecturer in hospitality and food studies.It is those many recipes he has designed and the cooking&amp;nbsp;methods he has developed which he is&amp;nbsp;so keen to share. Ken`s inspiration comes from his time working with 70s cooking guru &amp;nbsp;Robert Carrier.&amp;nbsp;Carrier was not only a great cook and prolific writer; he took the lid off the way we operate in our kitchens, de-mystifing recipes and&amp;nbsp;methods,&amp;nbsp;bringing&amp;nbsp;spices and ingrediants&amp;nbsp;from around the world, to the home cook. Ken believes there&amp;nbsp;is a new wave of home cooks who having&amp;nbsp;sampled the T.V.experts, media fizz and froth and&amp;nbsp;are demanding something new.
